I love this time of year for so many reasons! One of my favorite parts of the holiday season is baking and sharing cookies! But sometimes, I eat so many cookies, I find myself growing a little tired of them.
Keep reading for a fun, Holiday recipe that your kiddos can help with (and is a nice change from the sugar cookies). ;) I call it, Christmas Crunch!
Directions
Measure out the Chex cereal, pretzel sticks, peanuts, and M&M's into a large mixing bowl (have your kiddo help pour in the different snacks) and set aside.
Place parchment paper on a large baking sheet or counter
In a microwave, safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave it in 30-second increments, stirring in between increments until melted.
Pour the melted chocolate onto the snack mixture and stir to combine. Using your hands sometimes helps!
Place the mix onto the baking sheet and gently spread it out.
Place the baking sheet in a refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, break the clumps, and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
