We are a family of 3 eCommerce brands: Parker Baby Co. - founded in 2015, Redwood Tall Outfitters - founded in 2019, and TallSlim Tees - acquired in 2021. We operate on a semi-remote level with 3 employees in Colorado, one in Texas and one in Kansas. Although we may be apart, we work hard to create an inclusive and fun culture for our team of all-stars!

The job

• Develop visually compelling assets and content for our brands
• Work closely with our Marketing Manager to deliver engaging content for email, website, social media and display advertising channels
• Maintain and update websites to ensure positive customer experiences
• Coordinate with developers as needed
• Ensure all creative is produced on brand
• Stay up to date with industry trends
• ~20 hours per week

Qualifications

Required

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Outstanding creative and graphic design skills
• 1-5 years of graphic design experience
• Basic knowledge of HTML and Ruby
• Willingness to “wear a lot of hats” and expand responsibilities
