Favorite way to have a little “me-time”: 
I love to do CrossFit. Not only to get back in shape, but to strengthen my mind. I'm also obsessed with so many facial products. Nothing like a facial massage and super clean skin to start the day!!

A couple more questions...

Can you tell us a little about your Venezuelan background? 
I was adopted in Venezuela by American missionaries when I was a baby. I got to experience both cultures (American & Venezuelan) & both languages (English & Spanish) at the same time growing up, and it was interesting.

I got to learn how to cook Venezuelan food, dance to salsa & merengue music, and explore different beaches, islands, & cities. I also lived in Panama for the last 4 years of my teenage years & it was even more adventurous. I got to learn how to live with indigenous people for few days, surf, & I made a lot of friends all over the country!
 
How has the transition from 2 to 3 beautiful kiddos been? 
It was not easy at first because when I had Winnie, Jones & Zion were 2 & 3 years old at that time. They wanted to be with me all the time & were trying to get all my attention. Once I figured out the routine & made a schedule with all my kids, the transition became smooth. Luckily, Winnie loves to be in my carrier & naps well in it. All the kids & I could be outside pretty much all day walking, riding bikes, & being at a playground. 

What is the first thing you do when you put the kids down for sleep? 
Finally be able to sit for more than 5 minutes! :) I also love to watch a movie with my husband & eat ice cream! 

Advice!

Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Reach out for it. Call your mama! Just because you’re asking for help doesn’t mean you’re failing as a mother. Parenting can be hard sometimes, but it doesn’t mean you’re a bad mom ~ you’re just having a bad day!
